Graywalkers: Purgatory is the first in a series of Emergent Strategic and Tactical Turn-based 3D Role-Playing Games set in a stylish supernatural post-apocalyptic world, where parts of Heaven, Hell and Earth have merged together in an event called “The Rupture”. In this game, you play the prophesied leader of the Graywalkers. It is your task to gather all 36 Hidden Ones who walk the line between the darkness and the light, to unite the chaotic lands of Purgatory under one banner, and lead the war to reclaim the world for humanity.
Dreamlords Digital is currently running a Kickstarter to fund the Graywalkers: Purgatory project. They are super close to their goal with 4 days left! Their aim is to distribute the game on as many digital platforms as they can, including hopefully Steam, GOG, Desura and others.
I received August’s Loot Crate a bit late this month but here is my very first Loot Crate Unboxing video. I plan to do one for September as well once I get it. Next time I’ll have it set up a little better so I don’t have to move the camera as much.
Hope you enjoy!
“Dragon Age: Inquisition represents the next generation of Bioware RPGs.” – Mike Laidlaw
Dragon Age 2 was a massive disappointment for many. Is it possible that Bioware has learned its lesson so completely that it can regain the trust it lost with Dragon Age Inquisition?
Dragon Age has had a tumultuous history. Its first installment was embraced by fans but disappointed in sales, while the sequel achieved greater mass appeal but alienated many of the series’ core fans. With Dragon Age: Inquisition, Bioware has promised to fulfill both of these dreams, of an enthralling and cinematic gameplay experience, and of a deep and involving RPG system and story.

A BIG thank you to @VanityGames for doing up some banner art for the blog and taking time out of her waiting-to-go-into-labor schedule.
VanityGames does a regular comic strip which, in my humble opinion, is hella funny and truthful. She also has a shop selling prints and shirts (my favourite is her Steampunk Dragon print).
Check her stuff out and follow her on twitter:

Hearthstone is a game some may call a Magic the Gathering clone. I would call it the CCG (Collectible Card Game) that gets it right! Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is a CCG set in the Warcraft universe. Players choose one of nine heroes getting cards depicting spells, characters and abilities, and build decks of 30 cards to battle each other.
I have honestly had a real hard time putting this little gem down. I even have many of my Xbox One games on hold for this one little game. I wake up and before my blurry eyes can even focus to see the world around me, I have hearthstone loaded up on my iPad, dying to see what today’s daily quest is and how much gold it will give. Why? What, you may ask, has this taken over ALL my geek time and attention (which isn’t much, like my height in feet)? Well, just sit back as I give you my Top Five reasons this game gets it right!
The BEST $14.99 I’ve ever spent on a game!
Child of Light is a literary and artistic masterpiece. An RPG turn-based game from Ubisofts UbiArt Montreal studio. You play a young red haired princess named Aurora who falls into a deep magical sleep and wakes to find herself in a mysterious world. She is tasked to save the land of Lemuira from the Black Queen who has stolen the sun, the moon and the stars, and to find her way home to save her heartbroken father who believes she may never awake.
